As part of its commitment to responsiveness, BIAHC conducts various
workshops on a number of topics during the year.

BIAHC convenes workshops and coaching sessions for all applicants submitting proposals for Bainbridge Island Cultural Element funds. For example, when a person or agency intends to submit a proposal to the Arts and Humanities Fund, BIAHC provides a workshop specific to that application process.

In addition, BIACH conducts workshops intended for individual and/or group
development. Recent topics have included:

 • Teaching Artist trainings: How to function in the classroom
 • Going Digital: How to use digital formats for presenting works of art
 • Board member 101: How community members can best volunteer for cultural organizations
